Shipping
Our products are shipped within 5 business days using the following carriers: USPS, UPS and Fed-ex. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 15 Henshaw St., Woburn, MA 01801. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns
It is our hope that you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase at shopbeemancandles.com. We will give thoughtful consideration to your request for a return, exchange, or credit of our products. Beemancandles.com accepts returns on all merchandise within 30 days of purchase or shipment date when accompanied by an original store sales receipt or packing list and invoice with the exception of clearance items. Gift certificates and Gift cards are also not returnable and have no cash value. Within 30 days, we can refund your purchase via the original method of payment. After 30 days, we will refund your purchase with a merchandise credit. If any return is not accompanied by a receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued at the current selling price. All merchandise must be returned in “like new” condition and must not be opened, used or otherwise tampered with in order to receive merchandise credit. All classes, honey tastings or other events offered by The Bee Man Candle Company or purchased through shopbeemancandles.com are subject to their own terms and conditions which will be outlined in each individual event description.
We pride ourselves with the quality and care with which we hand craft our products and the time we take to source some of the best products in the world. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the performance of our products, or the quality did not achieve your expectation, we will provide a total merchandise and shipping refund. For items being returned due to reasons beyond quality, i.e. purchasing the wrong size or color, we will still offer the full merchandise refund in accordance with this return policy. Shipping and handling fees, however, are non-refundable in this case.
To Make a Return
First, please call (781) 281-0317 or email us shop@beemancandles.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). If using email, please type “Return Authorization” in the subject headline. When you speak with us, we will give you a Return Authorization Number. Please note that all returns that are sent to us without an RAN will be refused.
Please fill out the return/exchange form enclosed in your original shipment. Record your "reason for return" for each returned item in the space provided. Use the "RETURN ADDRESS LABEL" provided, or address the shipment to:

Please note: The Return Address Label does not include postage; apply postage separately before mailing. Take the parcel to the carrier of your choice for shipment. We recommend that you insure and track the package. Please be advised that even though the US Postal Service has a tracking number, their packages are almost impossible to track. We suggest shipping returns using either Fed-ex or UPS for the best tracking and insurance possible. The Bee Man Candle Company and shopbeemancandles.com is not responsible for packages returned without tracking information, damaged returns as a result of incorrect packing and shipping or lost packages.
Please enclose a copy of the original packing list and invoice in the package you are returning, along with your return/exchange form.
Refund Process
When a return can be facilitated within 30 days of purchase, a refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. For returns made more than 30 days after a purchase, we will issue a merchandise credit. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.
